Organizational leadership is an innovative and challenging minor open to Rutgers University-New Brunswick undergraduate students. Rutgers has a rich body of courses that provide leadership instruction. The minor in organizational leadership gathers some of these courses into a curriculum designed to prepare students to assume a leadership role in any organization.
