Facilities

The School of Management and Labor Relations (SMLR) is primarily housed within the Janice H. Levin Building on the Livingston campus at Rutgers University-New Brunswick. The academic program offices, student advising staff, career management support staff, and most faculty offices for the Department of Human Resource Management and the Department of Labor Studies and Employment Relations are located here.

The Labor Education Center on Rutgers' George H. Cook campus houses a limited number of faculty offices for the Department of Labor Studies and Employment Relations, along with a large auditorium and meeting spaces for academic classes and extension programs for the union movement and the labor relations communities. All academic buildings have wireless networks and are equipped for web-based instruction.

SMLR's students and faculty are supported by the James B. Carey Library, which contains a specialized collection of journals, texts, reporting services, and databases in labor and employment relations and human resource management.
