Degree Programs
The School of Management and Labor Relations (SMLR) offers programs at both the graduate and undergraduate levels. The SMLR faculty conducts programs leading to a bachelor of arts degree in human resource management and a bachelor of arts degree in labor studies and employment relations, both of which are conferred jointly by the School of Arts and Sciences and the School of Management and Labor Relations.
The bachelor of science in labor and employment relations, the master of human resource management, and the master of labor and employment relations professional degrees are conferred by the faculty of SMLR. The doctor of philosophy degree in industrial relations and human resources is administered through the SMLR faculty and awarded by the School of Graduate Studies.
