390F Fixed Income and Credit Analysis Concentration

In today's financial landscape, a clear understanding of credit risk and financial analysis is crucial for businesses to make sound lending and investment decisions. Students should emerge with a greater understanding of capital markets. The Credit Analysis concentration is designed to equip students with the analytical skills, risk assessment frameworks, and financial evaluation techniques required to succeed in the credit and lending industry.

Students must be a declared finance major to declare this concentration as it will become built into the major program. Students must earn a B or higher in 33:390:300 Financial Management to declare a finance major or concentration.

Credit Analysis (3) (prerequisite: 33:390:380)

Elective Courses (3 credits): Students must choose one additional finance elective to complete this concentration.
